Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally.
Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP)
We ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms where available.
This means:
- Import duties and taxes are included in the price paid at checkout.
- Customers should not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
In rare cases where DDP is not supported in a specific destination country, additional import duties or taxes may apply. If this situation arises, we will notify you before shipping your order.
5. Risk of Loss & Damaged Items (EU Consumer Protection)
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Crimea region (Ukraine), Sudan, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Myanmar (Burma).
