These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through ISLAYA.ECO and to your use of the Store.
By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Store.
3. ELIGIBILITY

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

- Product unavailability
If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
The total price, including shipping and applicable taxes, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We ship internationally using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms where available. This means import duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.
Risk Transfer (EU Compliance)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law:
Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you only when you or a third party designated by you physically receive the goods.
We remain responsible for the goods during transit.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

9. STATUTORY WARRANTY (LEGAL GUARANTEE)
Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

The Store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure.
All purchases are made directly with Gabrielius Zauragas, not with Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, or disputes relating to purchases.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability:
- For death or personal injury caused by negligence
- For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- For breach of mandatory consumer protection laws
Subject to the above, our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless required by law.
